Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: All products sold by Latitude 25 Clothing Co./www.floridakeysstore.net are guaranteed for full satisfaction. If you need to return an item you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. If your purchase arrives damaged or broken, please contact us toll free 7 days a week from 9:30am-5:30pm or email us at [email protected] and we will get working on a replacement right away. If you ordered a wrong size we will be happy to exchange it, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a refund upon receipt of merchandise back to us. We will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is a positive one!
